Below are my offerings. Penpal with Mal started out of my love of letter writing. When I was young, my Granny Smith encouraged letter writing and it has stuck with me. Especially as I age. More often than not, when you go to get the mail, it is either junk or a bill. With Penpal with Mal, you get a 5 X 7 postcard of an image I have captured, with a nice handwritten note. No obligation to write back but would happily welcome that. It is $5 per card. 

Energetic Bodywork comes in many forms. I use polarity therapy, cranial unwinding, Thai massage, intentionality, and presence within my sessions. Sometimes we work outside. Sometimes we work on the ground. Sometimes there is no touch. Sometimes there is rocking or movement of the body. Sometimes there is energetic exercises. Sometimes there are tears. Sometimes there is anger. My aim is to help you get your energy moving again, all with your intention at the forefront.
